What We Do

Five services, one specialist

01

Diesel Pump Repair

Hard starting, heavy smoke, loss of power or fuel leaks usually trace back to a worn pump. We strip the pump completely, inspect every plunger, barrel, valve and seal, replace what is worn and rebuild it to specification.

02

Diesel Pump Service

Regular servicing prevents costly breakdowns. We clean the pump internally, renew seals and gaskets, check timing and governor action, and adjust it for smooth idle and clean pick-up.

03

Testing

We do not guess. Pumps and injectors are run on the test bench where delivery per stroke, opening pressure, leak-off and spray pattern are measured against the correct figures for your engine.

04

Calibration

Calibration sets each cylinder to deliver exactly the same, correct quantity of fuel. The result is full power, better mileage, less smoke and a longer engine life.

Spare Parts

We keep original-quality pumps, injectors, nozzles, delivery valves and overhaul kits in stock for Mahindra & Mahindra, Jeep and Bolero, so repairs are not held up waiting for parts.

FAQ

Common questions

Common signs are hard starting, black or white smoke, loss of pulling power, uneven idle, rising fuel consumption or diesel leaking from the pump. If you notice any of these, call us and describe the symptoms.

It depends on the pump type and what is worn. Many service and calibration jobs are completed quickly; full rebuilds take longer. We give you a realistic time when we have inspected the pump.

You can bring the vehicle or just the removed pump and injectors. Call us first and we will tell you which is better for your case.

Our spare parts stock is focused on Mahindra & Mahindra, Jeep and Bolero. For other parts, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can supply it.

Yes. Every repaired pump is tested and calibrated on the bench before it is returned.
